Job Description
Join YourShortlist Original, a leading UK-based sales performance agency specialising in ABM and outbound demand generation for tech and software providers. Headquartered in Glasgow, we partner with global brands to generate high-quality sales opportunities through intelligent conversations. We’re on the lookout for energetic, confident,and results-driven Sales Development Representatives to join our growing outbound team.

What You'll Do:
As an SDR, you'll be the first voice that potential clients hear. Your mission is to open doors and spark interest in innovative B2B technology solutions.
∙ Make outbound B2B calls to senior decision-makers across the UK & Ireland
∙ Book qualified appointments with directors, IT managers, and C-suite stakeholders
∙ Nurture relationships with prospects through phone, email, and CRM engagement
∙ Maintain accurate lead notes and call activity in our CRM system
∙ Represent our clients professionally, clearly explaining tech-led solutions to non-technical audiences

Requirements

What We're Looking For:
∙ Previous SDR, telesales, or B2B sales experience (1+ year preferred)
∙ Excellent phone manners with persuasive communication skills
∙ Resilient, driven, and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets
∙ Organised, detail-oriented, and confident using CRM tools
∙ Interest in tech, software, or SaaS is a bonus but not essential
