Responsibilities
* Work within a strong and supportive team to deliver the highest level of customer service to guests.
* Show flair for customer service: retail assistants play a key role within the Champneys Boutique and Retail outlets, selling products and assisting guests in finding their perfect products.
* Ensure shop floor and till areas are well presented at all times and keep product and stock knowledge up to date.
* Check and store all incoming deliveries correctly, ensuring shelves are fully stocked.
