Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operational Facilitator based at The Ayrshire Urgent Service at University Hospital Crosshouse.
What You Will Do
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Ayrshire Urgent Care Service (AUCS) for an Operational Facilitator. You will be the first point of contact for AUCS ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate pathway, manage an effective and timely appointment service allocating appointments and home visits.

Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
* You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and have the ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team.
* You should be an enthusiastic and motivated individual for this role.
* You should be educated to SVQ Level II in Business Administration or equivalent knowledge based experience.
* You should have the ability to work well under pressure.

Hours
3 posts available, please state in your application which post you are applying for.
* Post 1: 35 hours per week
* Post 2: 28.5 hours per week
* Post 3: 27 hours per week
These will have various shifts over a 24 hour period, 7 days per week including public holidays. Please see attached 'Example Shift Pattern' file.
Driving Licence/Car Ownership
A car licence/car ownership is essential to this role.
