Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Office Manager to oversee operations at our London office. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) and English, highly organised, and capable of managing administrative, operational, and compliance-related responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant UK regulations
* Liaise with external advisors, including legal and immigration consultants where necessary
* Coordinate international travel itineraries, and associated bookings
* Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
* Provide general administrative and operational support to the team

Requirements:

* Min. of 5 years’ experience in Office Manager or similar hands-on administrative role
* Experience with Sponsor Licence applications is a plus
* Familiarity with UK legal and regulatory frameworks is an advantage
* Team player with ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
* Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) and English is preferred

Employment type:

* Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract (with potential to renew based on performance)
