Compliance Officer - Hybrid Working
We’re working with a respected, boutique insurance group in the Lloyd’s market who are looking to expand their compliance offering. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their compliance career who’s ready to broaden their exposure across regulatory compliance, governance, and risk.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support compliance, company secretarial, and MLRO functions
* Assist with regulatory reporting, MI packs, and internal audits
* Maintain systems and databases related to members and regulatory obligations
* Contribute to procedures, controls, and sanctions screening processes
* Liaise with external advisors, regulators, and auditors
* Provide guidance to staff on compliance and financial crime matters
Key Skills:
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* An understanding of FCA, Lloyd’s, or broader insurance regulation
* Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
* Ideally around 3 years of compliance experience
