Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can be the face and voice of Match Bingo across all our channels—Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You’ll create engaging, on-brand content that reflects the fun and excitement of our games, taps into the buzz of live sporting events, and builds a loyal and active user base. You’ll also own and manage the social media marketing budget.
How You’ll Contribute as the Social Media Manager:
* Content Creation:
* Plan, create, and publish regular posts, stories, and videos that showcase our games and the live sporting events we’re built around.
* Community Engagement:
* Interact with our followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive, lively community.
* Brand Voice:
* Be the face and tone of Match Bingo—fun, exciting, and approachable—across all social platforms.
* Growth & Analytics:
* Track social media performance, learn what works, and use insights to grow our audience and engagement.
* Campaigns & Promotions:
* Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns, contests, and promotions that drive installs, engagement, and brand awareness.
* Budget Management:
* Plan and manage the social media marketing budget, allocating spend to maximise reach and ROI.
* Trend Spotting:
* Stay on top of social and sports trends, adapting content to keep us relevant and ahead of the game.
Preferred Qualifications for the Social Media Manager:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
* 2+ years’ experience managing social media for a brand, ideally in gaming, sports, or consumer apps.
* Proven track record of growing and engaging social media communities.
* Experience with paid social campaigns and managing a marketing budget is a strong plus.
* Strong content creation skills (copywriting, basic graphic design/video editing).
* Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
