Legal Support Manager - Nottingham - Up to £45,000 salary
A national, multi-award-winning law firm is currently looking to hire a proactive business professional with experience leading support workers in challenging professional settings.
The position will present an opportunity to join a prestigious legal firm and to integrate into a supportive culture that fully supports professional development.
The ideal applicant will be a seasoned PA with managerial experience. The candidate chosen will be in charge of supervising the secretarial employees in the office daily, managing capacity versus demand and meeting strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the firm with legal communications to clients and external organisations
* Providing PA support to managing partner
* Preparing and reviewing key contracts and legal documents
* Managing contract negotiations
* Undertaking legal research and analysis
* Ensuring legal compliance in business matters
* Acting as a liaison for coordinating external legal services
* Ensuring records are effectively maintained
* Developing strong relationships to ensure service levels remain high
