You will be providing administration support to a team of four Customer Account Managers. Duties will include; Administering any changes and amendments to customer accounts Assisting with resolving queries on customer accounts Ensuring that all data is managed and entered correctly onto the system Helping to prepare reports Supporting back office in providing after sales support and customer care To be successful, you will have previous Administration experience, have excellent organisation and communication skills, be computer literate - Outlook and Excel in particular.
