Static Maintenance Electrician – Commercial Site (Havant)
We are currently recruiting a Static Maintenance Electrician for a well-established facilities maintenance company, working on a large commercial site in Havant. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable hours and no call-out requirements.
Role Details:
1. Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive electrical maintenance
2. Working on a static commercial site (no travel between sites)
3. Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
4. No call-out required
Requirements:
5. Fully electrically qualified
6. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
7. Proven experience in commercial maintenance
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
9. Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
What’s on Offer:
10. £20 per hour PAYE, equivalent to £41,600 per annum when permanent
11. Temp-to-perm position
12. Consistent weekday hours
