Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Soho, London. The E-commerce Director will oversee the day-to-day management of the ecommerce operations, including strategy development, execution, and monitoring. Responsibilities will include driving online sales, managing e-commerce platforms, coordinating marketing initiatives, analyzing data to optimize digital campaigns, and ensuring a seamless user experience. The candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve business growth.
This role is commission based and potentially full-time position with equity for the right candidate after the initial 3 month period.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in E-Commerce and Sales, with a proven track record in driving online sales growth
Proficiency in Marketing strategies and techniques to enhance digital performance and customer engagement
Demonstrated Project Management experience, ensuring timely delivery of e-commerce initiatives and campaigns
Excellent Analytical Skills for data evaluation and actionable insights
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative, creative team
Previous experience with fashion or art-related industries is an advantage
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and relevant digital tools
