Chef de Partie
, you’ll collaborate with a talented team of chefs to serve a diverse array of dishes across our buffet venues. You’ll work closely with a Junior Kitchen Manager and lead small teams of commis chefs, ensuring that every plate is a masterpiece. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a specific section of the kitchen Ensuring safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of all dishes Adhering to set recipe specifications and brand standards Complying with the Food Safety Management System
About You
We’re on the lookout for motivated individuals eager to grow in a fast-paced and exciting environment! To thrive in this role, you should have: Essential
experience in a similar position Leadership experience A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays A Level 3 Food Safety qualification would be a plus!
