You will: Provide clear, insightful financial reporting Support strategic planning and operational performance Drive financial control and business growth Partner with stakeholders to ensure long-term financial health You'll be at the heart of decision-making, helping to steer the business both strategically and operationally. About you Qualified member of a recognised accountancy body (or equivalent) Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience Experience within racecourse, sport, leisure or events (advantageous) Commercially astute, articulate and confident influencing senior stakeholders Strong analytical, modelling and IT skills A dynamic and insightful leader with strategic and operational experience At ARC, we believe that a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace makes us a more relevant, more competitive, and more resilient company.
