Attendance & Achievement Administrator

Hours of work: 37 hours per week, Term time only (40 weeks)
Salary: £19,205
Location : Castleford College
We are recruiting for an Administrator to join our Attendance team, where you will provide a professional, efficient and excellent, customer focused service.
As an Administrator, you will provide support in recording daily absences, make contact with learners and parents and complete attendance support meetings with students. Day to day this will include:
1. Accurately inputting data in relation to absences and register marks
2. Responding effectively and efficiently to customer contact which could include external partners, staff, managers, students and their parents.
3. Running attendance reports
4. Making contact with learners and/or parents
5. Complete attendance improvement support meetings with students
6. Making relevant referrals to internal support services.
As an Administrator, you should have:
7. GCSE A*-C / 9 – 4 in English and Maths or equivalent Level 2 qualification
8. Experience of accurately inputting data to set procedures
9. Experience of working in a busy office environment
10. Excellent administration and IT skills, including Microsoft Office Word and Excel
11. The ability to manage and organise own work into a logical and practical way
