About Aurora Rowan School
Opened in November 4 in Tokers Green, Reading, Aurora Rowan School supports children aged 6– with Autism Spectrum Disorder, moderate to severe learning needs, and associated challenges. We are looking for a Senior Administrator to support the School Business Manager and lead the administration function.
Key Responsibilities
6. General Administration: Deliver efficient admin support across the school.
7. Pupil Records: Manage accurate pupil data and support the pastoral team.
8. HR Support: Assist with recruitment, appraisals, CPD bookings, and HR processes.
9. Business Admin: Oversee compliance/Data Protection, reporting, and business operations.

10. Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)
11. Proven admin experience, ideally in education or care settings
12. HR and pupil administration experience desirable
13. Accurate typing and confident minute-taking
14. Excellent organisation, time management, and multitasking
15. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
