Description
* Manage procurement and planning activities to support production operations effectively.
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and optimise stock levels.
* Utilise Navision (preferred), SAP, or Oracle systems for efficient planning and purchasing processes.
* Monitor supplier performance and address any issues to maintain quality standards.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with production schedules.
* Prepare and analyse reports to improve procurement and planning efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Profile
A successful Buyer / Planner should have:
* Experience in procurement and supply chain within the industrial / manufacturing sector.
* Proficiency in using Navision (preferred), SAP, or Oracle systems.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
* Analytical skills to assess and improve procurement processes.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Job Offer
