Prince are working with a Shrewsbury based client who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis. You will provide high-quality administrative support to the purchase ledger function.
You will be responsible for:
Processing purchase and sales invoices, ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
Support with reconciliations and other finance tasks.
Handle internal and external queries.
Maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with financial policies at all times.
Contribute to projects.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will have a customer-focused approach and a good telephone manner. You will be proficient with on Microsoft Office (including Teams) and ledger systems.
