As a Senior Planning Officer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Winchester and the surrounding district. You will manage a diverse and challenging caseload of planning applications, from small-scale developments to complex major projects. You'll provide expert advice, lead on negotiations, and ensure timely and high-quality decision-making that aligns with local and national policy objectives.
