Powertrain Data Administrator
Contract: Outside IR35
Hybrid (2:3 days on site)
Location: Crewe
35 hours per week
Were looking for a highly organised and detail:oriented individual to support certification and type approval processes within a leading automotive R and D environment. As a Powertrain Data Administrator, you will play a key role in managing technical data catalogues critical to powertrain homologation, helping ensure compliance across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the creation, maintenance, and administration of technical data catalogues in DMS.
* Coordinate with R and D teams to gather and track certification data across model years.
* Lead alignment on data ownership and delivery responsibilities across functional departments.
* Monitor data population progress, report KPIs, and manage weekly support meetings with stakeholders.
* Administer catalogue reviews, sign:offs, and downstream change management.
* Maintain system integrity in response to regulatory updates and project requirements.
What Youll Need:
* Experience or knowledge of powertrain certification or type approval processes.
* Familiarity with document/data management systems (ideally DMS).
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Confident communicator with the ability to coordinate across multiple technical teams.
* Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
