Pay Scale: £89.00 - £100.00 per day
Are you an experienced HLTA looking for a fresh challenge? A welcoming and supportive primary school in Wantage is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to children's learning and development.
As a HLTA, you will:
Lead small groups and provide 1:1 interventions to support pupil progress
Deliver planned lessons and provide cover where required
Assist with planning, preparation, and delivery of engaging learning activities
Support children across a range of abilities, including those with additional needs
Contribute actively to the wider life of the schoolThe ideal HLTA will:
Have proven classroom experience in a HLTA or similar role
Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
Be adaptable, proactive, and passionate about supporting pupils' education
Be committed to continuous professional development
