Key Responsibilities of a Project & Process Engineering Team Leader: * Lead and develop a team of process and project engineers. * Allocate resources to meet site and departmental goals. * Provide coaching, training, and performance management. * Own and oversee core manufacturing processes. * Support process engineering across all production lines. * Drive improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and cost. * Identify and implement new technologies and automation. * Lead engineering project delivery and governance. * Deliver projects to time, cost, and performance targets. * Maintain accurate project documentation and safety compliance. * Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders. * Manage suppliers and external contractors.
