Role
Kitchen Team Member (or Kitchen Porter) – responsible for supporting the Head Chef with kitchen operations, food preparation, stock taking, and maintaining food hygiene at Squirrel.
Responsibilities
* Assist with food preparation.
* Produce high‑quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
* Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean, and hygienic condition at all times.
* Oversee deliveries.
* Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
* Work with the team to achieve company targets.
Qualifications
* A passion for Hospitality.
* A willingness to learn new skills every day.
* A keen eye for detail.
* The ability to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, and food hygiene at Squirrel.
* Experience to maintain kitchen equipment.
