Job Description
3. Provide comprehensive HR advice to managers and employees
4. Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies
5. Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
6. Handle employee relations issues, including grievance and disciplinary procedures
7. Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations
8. Coordinate training and development initiatives
9. Participate in HR projects as required
10. Contribute to the creation of a positive and supportive working environment
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
11. CIPD Level 5 accredited or equivalent qualification in Human Resources
12. Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
13. Experience in handling HR matters in a Not For Profit setting
14. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
15. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships
16. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
