Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Oversight: Manage lease agreements, rent collection, and tenant relations while ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards. Market Engagement: Coordinate with external agents and internal teams to facilitate property lettings, sales, and operational excellence. Financial Management: Oversee budgets, track property performance, and contribute to income generation strategies. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in commercial property management, with a strong understanding of leasing and real estate regulations. MRICS Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and property performance analytics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
