Behaviour Mentor Location: Bromley, London Start Date: Immediate Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term (until end of academic year) Salary: Competitive - dependent on experience About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated, patient, and proactive Behaviour Mentor to support students with behavioural, emotional, and social challenges. Working closely with the pastoral team, SEN staff, and class teachers, you will play a crucial role in promoting positive behaviour, engagement, and academic success. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group mentoring for students presenting with behavioural difficulties Implement de-escalation strategies and behaviour support plans Build positive, trusting relationships with students Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to staff and leadership Work in collaboration with teaching staff and parents/carers to support student development Promote emotional well-being and resilience in students Help maintain a safe and inclusive school environment Requirements: Proven experience working with children or young people in an educational, youth work, or care setting Strong interpersonal and behaviour management skills Calm, confident, and empathetic approach Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure Enhanced DBS on the Update Service - essential Right to work in the UK This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school environme...
