We’re looking for a Customer Service Call Handler to join our First Notification of Loss (FNOL) Team in Doncaster. About the Role As the first point of contact for customers following an accident, you’ll play a vital role in providing reassurance and support during a stressful time. You’ll guide customers through the early stages of their claim, ensuring every interaction is handled with empathy, clarity, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from customers reporting vehicle accidents or damage Accurately log and manage claim details using internal systems Keep customers informed throughout their claims journey Liaise with insurance providers, repair teams, and internal departments Manage workload effectively while meeting KPIs and service targets What We’re Looking For No automotive experience? No problem, we value attitude and customer service skills above all.
