* Manage, configure, and optimize LAN switches, Wireless controllers, and Access Points.

* Stay updated on best practices for network optimization and apply them proactively.
4. Security and Compliance
* Ensure enterprise network security policies are enforced on LAN and wireless devices.
* Collaborate with the Vulnerability team to mitigate them from the network devices.
* Perform audits and ensure the network complies with organizational and industry standards.
5. Collaboration and Support
* Partner with cross-functional teams to support business-critical projects.
* Provide mentorship and technical guidance to L1 and L2 engineers.
* Lead technical discussions and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
