Are you product-minded and skilled at turning pilot insight into real adoption? At HGS, our Product Owners represent the customer within Engineering and shape AI-enabled and digital products for public sector and enterprise clients. You will run co-development and pilot programmes, translate partner feedback into prioritised product stories, and own the release cadence that moves validated features into commercial BAU. This hands-on role combines delivery, compliance and adoption.

What We Are Looking For
* Do you have product ownership experience for digital or AI-enabled solutions in regulated or public sector contexts?
* Can you run co-development and pilot programmes with external partners and turn partner insight into clear, prioritised backlog items with acceptance criteria?
* Can you work with engineering to shape sprint scope and with operations to secure adoption and handover into BAU?
* Are you experienced in UAT and pilot validation, defect management, and measuring adoption and success metrics?

Requirements
* Proven product ownership for digital or AI-enabled solutions, ideally in regulated or public sector contexts.
* Experience running pilots or co-development programmes with external partners and turning feedback into prioritised backlog items.
* Practical experience with Agile product practices, backlog grooming and release planning; confident in Jira and Confluence.
* Hands-on experience of UAT, pilot validation, defect management and operational handover into BAU.
* Awareness of InfoSec, GDPR and regulatory requirements relevant to public sector product delivery.
