About You
* Qualified or Progressing – Holds a recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, CertEd) or is currently working towards one.
* SEMH Experience – Brings experience supporting young people with SEMH needs or similar vulnerabilities.
* Curriculum Knowledge – Demonstrates strong understanding of Functional Skills and/or Employability programmes.
* Key Skills – Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Inclusive Approach – Committed to delivering trauma-informed, inclusive education.
