The role
As a Breakfast Supervisor you will be working with the team to deliver a professional and thoughtful experience, having an in-depth understanding of the menu, ability to share our story and ensuring attention to detail at each guest interaction. Responsibilities
* A champion in demonstrating and encouraging our warm welcome and thoughtful farewell.
* Serve breakfast to guests in a timely and friendly manner.
* Ensure food safety standards are met during food preparation and when serving.
* Utilize hospitality skills to provide exceptional guest services.
* Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience.
* Ensuring the setting of the restaurant is correct and to our standard.
* Assist with basic kitchen tasks such as food preparation and cooking.
* Reporting and actioning guest feedback within the designated time allocation.
* Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
* Demonstrate excellent time management to ensure smooth breakfast service.
* Assist with the onboarding of new starters.
* Thoughtful and clear leaderships skills.
