About this opportunity
We are seeking to recruit an energetic and highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills to work in our libraries in the Barrow area.
The role is varied and requires individuals to be the first point of contact for customers, providing information and handling customer enquiries effectively—including IT support—through face-to-face, phone, written, and digital interactions. Responsibilities include carrying out general library duties, assisting with building security and basic health and safety tasks, supporting a wide range of events and activities for all ages, and working collaboratively as part of a team.
