Are you a Building Surveyor with experience working on Network Rail frameworks? Do you have a valid PTS and STE5? This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to work on the delivery of Network Rail frameworks across the Wales & Western route. The ideal candidate will have STE5 and a valid PTS. The successful candidate will have experience carrying out asset condition surveys, updating records, and supporting engineers with maintenance plans and priorities. They will also have experience monitoring works, checking quality, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
