The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Administrator to support our team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks. This is an office-based role, you will be expected to work from our Sheffield office. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations, managing communications, and providing essential support to our account executives and media buyers.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor the main company inbox, filtering emails and forwarding important communications to the appropriate team members.
* Track out-of-stock products and respond to updates about program end dates, including signing up to new programs or consulting with the relevant team member for replacements.
* Handle in-platform messages within dashboards, ensuring timely responses.
* Review and respond to program invitations within platforms.
* Support team members by taking on additional administrative tasks as needed.
* Highlight potential opportunities or issues to account executives and other key staff.
Core Requirements
* Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Proactive problem-solver with good judgment in escalating important matters.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable using online platforms, dashboards, and email systems.
* Enthusiasm to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have (Non-Essential Skills)
* Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms or digital advertising tools.
* Experience working within a marketing or sales environment.
