Your Role: What Will You Be Doing?
In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Head of the CEO's Office. Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing, implementing, and disseminating Directorate and Trustee documentation, including policy updates and due diligence information.
* Producing and updating visual diagrams and project documentation for reporting requirements.
* Managing complex diary schedules for the CEO, including meetings and travel arrangements.
* Researching and preparing briefings on various topics as requested by the CEO and Head of Office.
* Handling incoming emails and calls from internal colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
* Attending meetings to take minutes, maintain action logs, and follow up on tasks.
* Supporting financial administration by tracking budget documentation, invoices, and expenses.
* Maintaining confidential HR records for the CEO's direct reports.
* Coordinating information across the senior leadership team and managing diaries.
* Establishing and maintaining a clear knowledge library and filing system.
* Resolving administrative issues to improve workflow and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of five years' experience in a senior administrative or coordinator role.
* Proven ability to manage a broad range of responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
* Strong written communication skills for producing clear and professional documentation.
* Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
