About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Family Group Conference Service delivering the Lifelong Links programme, supporting young people as they approach adulthood and transition from care. You will also provide mediation and restorative interventions to strengthen relationships, and contribute to crisis support for children and families on the edge of care, including participation in a duty rota.

* Recent and significant experience delivering Family Group Conferences and working directly with children, young people, and families
* Strong knowledge of FGC processes, mediation, and restorative approaches
* Understanding of challenges faced by young people in care, especially transitioning to independence, and relevant legislation (e.g. Children Act 1989)
