What you’ll do
o Prepare and cook meals for 400+ employees
o Lead food preparation in your section
o Support menu planning, ordering, and compliance records
o Train, guide, and develop team members
o Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen
o Deliver excellent customer service
o Assist the Head Chef with stock ordering and paperwork
o Follow all HSE standards at all times

What you bring
✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
âś… NVQ Level 2 qualification (essential)
o Experience in menu planning and food production
o Exposure to large-scale or bulk catering
o A hands-on approach with strong organisational skills
