Are you an experienced and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step in your career? Teaching Personnel is working with welcoming and inclusive primary schools in Teignmouth who are seeking skilled HLTAs to support teaching and learning across the curriculum.
About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic HLTA to work alongside teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences. You may be supporting whole-class teaching, leading small group interventions, and providing targeted support to pupils to help them reach their full potential.

Key Details
* Start Date: ASAP (flexible for the right candidate)
* Role Type: Full-time
* Pay: £95–£120 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Your Responsibilities
* Support and, where appropriate, lead whole-class learning under teacher direction
* Deliver small group and one-to-one interventions
* Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment of learning activities
* Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
What We’re Looking For
* HLTA status or equivalent qualification/experience (essential)
* Strong understanding of the Primary curriculum
* Confidence leading learning activities independently
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
* Experience supporting pupils with SEND (ASD, SEMH, or learning difficulties) is highly desirable but not essential
