In this role, you will deliver high-quality lessons in one or more foreign languages (French, Spanish, German, etc.) across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, inspire students to engage with language learning, and support their academic development. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about promoting cultural understanding and fluency in a foreign language. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging MFL lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and language acquisition. Support students in their preparation for GCSE exams, providing additional resources and guidance where needed.
