Responsibilities Provide end to end property support for customers buying properties and providing exceptional customer service throughout the process Engage with prospective buyers through consultations, viewings all the way through to offer Conduct market research on the local property market, ensuring your local market knowledge is exceptional and constantly updated Build long lasting relationships with customers Building and maintain a strong customer relationship management system and ensure all data is inputted correctly and in line with compliance requirements Store data and private information with great confidentiality in line with company policy Negotiate offers and terms confidently, ensuring mutual satisfaction while adhering to fair housing regulations and legal standards. Maintain comprehensive property listings, client databases, and transaction records with strong organizational skills Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, guiding clients through the buying process, and offering tailored property recommendations Experience Proven experience in sales or customer service roles within property environments is desirable for this role but not essential Strong customer service within a luxury industry is also desirable for this role Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships Willingness to learn and work to your own initiative is essential Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written Demonstrated organisational skills with experience managing administrative tasks related to property sales or real estate transactions A friendly and personable persona as this role will be heavily client facing This position is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property professional or someone with an exception customer service background to embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels success!
