Overview
The Sales Administrator will support the account manager and customer manager with providing a first class service to our B2B Royal Mint customers by ensuring that orders, emails and complaints are actioned with the SLA\'s for the department.
Responsibilities
* Support the account manager and customer manager to provide a first class service to B2B Royal Mint customers by ensuring that orders, emails and complaints are actioned within SLA requirements.
Qualifications
* Strong IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* A good general level of maths.
* Experience in a customer-facing role.
* Knowledge of data management and stock systems.
