Base pay range
The Leprosy Mission is a leading international Christian development charity and the world’s largest leprosy-focused organisation. The charity now seeks a Digital Campaigns & Web Executive to join the team and play a central role in delivering powerful fundraising campaigns, building online presence, and engaging supporters.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and updating the website, ensuring key pages are kept up to date and optimised for SEO and user experience.
* Supporting the planning and execution of the website’s transition from Wagtail CMS to WordPress.
* Creating and sending email campaigns using Campaign Monitor.
* Scheduling and supporting the creation of social media posts, ensuring digital appeals are fully aligned with other fundraising activities to maximise income.
* Reporting on digital campaign and email performance to drive improvements.
* Proactively evaluating digital activities and researching new channels and opportunities for supporter acquisition.
* Working with the Community Partnerships Team and collaborating with colleagues to create seamless digital journeys.
Skills and Experience
* At least 12 months’ experience working in digital marketing, fundraising, email campaigns or website management.
* Competent user of content management systems like Wagtail and WordPress and comfortable with tools such as Campaign Monitor, Sprout Social, Canva, and ClickUp.
* Excellent understanding of best practice in online content, with proven written English skills and excellent communication skills.
* Creative thinker, able to turn the charity’s fundraising strategy and campaigns into engaging and illuminating online experiences.
* Experience with Meta for Business tools and other social platforms; Google Ads is beneficial but not essential.
* Ability to analyse digital campaign results and use insights to drive improvements and new ideas.
* Self-motivated, able to multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
* Understanding of the UK Christian landscape (there is an occupational requirement for you to be a committed Christian) with the ability to work across all faiths.
* 25 days’ annual leave plus 8 public holidays.

Salary: Circa £29,000 per annum (depending on experience).
Location: Peterborough office with the opportunity to work flexibly 3 days per week.
