I am working exclusively with my client to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their growing team The role will be varied and challenging, and no two days will be the same. If you are looking for a new exciting challenge that offers you excellent career progression then lets talk!\nWhat will you do?\n• To be responsible for payment of all supplier invoices\n• Processing of Accounts Payable invoices.\n• To pro actively support work with other members of the finance team ensuring key timescales are met and work is delivered accurately.\n• Support with the production of relevant reports.\n• Conduct daily accounts processes, raising monthly sales invoices and assisting with the production of monthly management accounts.\n• Ledger reconciliations across various systems including Xero\n• Other Adhoc finance duties.\nWhat we are looking for?\n• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisation skills.\n• Highly enthusiastic and looking to develop and progress in the role.\n• Good communication skills.\n• Flexible with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.\n• Good time management and organisation skills.\n• Able to work on own initiative and manage own workload to strict deadlines.\n• IT literate, with particularly competence in spreadsheets/Excel (advanced) and finance systems including Xero\n• Strong interpersonal skills.\nEssential\n• A minimum of 5 years Finance experience with a stable work history in the UK demonstrated within your CV\n• AAT Qualified or Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA we may also consider candidates that are QBE\nIn return you will be offered a fantastic basic salary/benefits/discretionary bonus/study support if required.\nThe role is offered on a Hybrid basis working basis 3 days from the central Manchester office on excellent transport links and 2 from home
