NPD, Innovation and Marketing Specialist within FMCG - Recruitment Consultant at D R Newitt Recruitment
Are you an experienced NPD professional ready to take the lead in a fast-paced, innovative food manufacturing environment?
My client is a well-established meat manufacturer supplying high-quality, delicious products to some of the UK’s favourite names in retail, foodservice, and wholesale. They’re looking for a confident and creative NPD Manager who’s passionate about product development and ready to lead a dynamic team.
This role would be perfect for a Senior NPD Technologist or Senior Product Developer looking for their first NPD Manager role in the industry.
You’ll need to bring proven experience managing projects from concept through to launch, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills – especially with Process, Technical, and Commercial teams. If you're looking for a role where you can drive innovation, manage a talented team, and influence the product pipeline, this is it.
* Monday–Friday, 9am–5.30pm – Fully site-based
* Full UK Right to Work & Driving Licence required
