Teaching Personnel are working with a friendly and supportive primary school in the Lancaster (LA1) area to recruit a KS1 Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to begin their career in education and is looking for hands-on experience working within a Year 1 and Year 2 setting.
This full-time role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about helping young children succeed—even if you are new to the role or building your classroom experience.
The school is looking for someone who:

* Has a positive, caring attitude and can act as a role model
* Is willing to learn, take direction, and work closely with the KS1 teaching team
* Can support small groups and individual learners with guidance from teaching staff
