Who We’re Looking For:
* Demonstrable experience in live aircraft maintenance (line and/or base), with strong working knowledge of aircraft maintenance practices, standards and paperwork.
* Credibility with engineers/technicians and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
* Strong commitment to safety, quality and compliance; ability to follow and promote standardised processes.
* Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset (internal stakeholders and external Avensa customers).
* A drive to work toward teaching/training and assessment qualifications with company support.
* You must have the right to work in the UK.
