Job Description: We are in search of a dynamic B2B SaaS Sales Manager who is adept at nurturing leads into conversions and closing high-value deals. This pivotal role involves driving the adoption of our innovative platform within the AEC industry, utilizing strategic sales techniques and outstanding relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sales Execution: Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, demonstrating the unique value of our platform to a diverse range of clients.
· Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and partner in their operational success.
· Lead Generation : Engage in lead generation activities to create new sales opportunities within the resource and time constraints.
· Strategic Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, expanding our market reach and reinforcing our presence in the AEC industry.
· Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, providing regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management that reflect your sales activities and pipeline.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

· Proven Sales Experience: ~5 years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven business, with a strong emphasis on the AEC industry being advantageous.
· Technical Savvy : Proficiency with CRM system: HubSpot with a strong understanding of SaaS metrics.
· Communication Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of effectively engaging and influencing a range of stakeholders.
