Overview
New interim requirement for an experienced Head of Legal level candidate in West London. Ideally 2-3 office days per week. Our client is a leading provider to the Technology and Healthcare sectors.
Role
Joining an existing in‑house function which requires short‑term guidance, you will work closely with an excellent CFO to oversee day‑to‑day work, supported by a Junior Solicitor and Paralegal.
Typical Workload
* Advice and negotiation of a full suite of contracts (mainly supplier, partnership, consumer)
* M&A work to include ongoing disposals
* Regulatory and company‑secretarial duties
* Small amount of litigation advice
Key Contribution
This is a leading business in its sector with a truly international footprint, so you will play a key role in advising the SLT and mitigating risk across activities. Expect to be involved in lots of exciting, ongoing projects that will help shape the future of the Group.
