This role can be fully home based with occasional visits to one of our network of offices. What you will do As our Business Analyst you will be responsible for reviewing and validating business requirements and helping develop and implement solutions to ensure they fit the defined specification. You will work with the required teams across all our regions and wider business to deliver quality enhancements and drive adoption. The role of a Finance Business Analyst in Dandara requires an individual who is adept at leading on project delivery that will add value and improve experience of our external and internal Customers You'll be an integral part of keeping our core business systems are documented and maintained You will maintain a strong working relationship with key stakeholders at all levels to ensure a high level of understanding and knowledge exists within the business on the business processes and business solutions to support them. Working with the extended IT team and business to review, analyse and evaluate business issues and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives. What you will have Previous experience as a Business Analyst Understanding and working knowledge of the COINS ERP software, specifically the financial modules, understanding of VAT, Cost heads and configuration around Contract Status Comfortable working across several business functions/disciplines. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously assesses change impact and risks throughout the project lifecycle – has the ability to act in a Project Management role as well as a BA. Comfortable in an agile and fast paced environment. Superb stakeholder management and communication skills. Experienced facilitator of requirements workshops An analytical and methodical approach with an eye for detail whilst not losing sight of the big picture. Ability to work independently and with others. Extremely organised with strong time-management skills. A continuous improvement mentality. Experienced working with Microsoft applications and COINs. An eagerness to learn and progress.
