Regional Sales Manager – Foodservice
£40,000-£45,000 + £5,000 car allowance + bonus
London/ M25 Area
Hybrid/Remote working, occasional travel required to Head Office in Scotland
Are you a confident, relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for premium food products? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have a flair for growing existing accounts while hunting out new opportunities?
Pertemps are working with a well-established business that is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across the London/M25 area. You’ll manage high-profile existing accounts and identify new commercial opportunities, particularly within the hospitality and foodservice sectors.
This role is ideal for someone who is commercially astute, highly organized, and passionate about great food and service.
The Role
* Manage a portfolio of key clients within the hospitality sector, increasing revenue and strengthening relationships.
* Leverage knowledge of food trends and menu analysis to target potential customers and grow your pipeline.
* Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, production kitchen, marketing, operations, finance) to deliver tailored food solutions and maximize margins.
* Prepare forecasts, proposals, and business plans; conduct regular customer meetings to review performance.
* Maintain a consultative sales approach, positioning the brand as the preferred premium food partner.
About You
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or account management, ideally within B2B foodservice or similar fields.
* Proven success in strategic account growth and business development.
* Strong communication skills, confident in presenting and influencing decision makers at all levels.
* Data-savvy with the ability to analyze sales trends and translate insights into actions.
* Excellent relationship-building, time management, and attention to detail.
* Previous chef experience is a plus but not essential.
