What Youll Need:
Minimum 2 years experience in a childrens residential care setting
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

Full UK manual driving licence and own transport (rural location)
Ability to work a flexible shift pattern, including weekends and sleep-ins
Passion for leading by example and supporting a dedicated team
Your Role as a Senior Support Worker:
As a Team Leader, youll play a vital role in supporting both the young people in our care and the staff team. Youll help create a home where children feel safe, respected, and truly heard.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting young people with daily routines, emotional wellbeing, and personal goals
Leading shifts and supervising staff to ensure high standards of care
Acting as a role model and mentor for the support team
Supporting care planning and contributing to reviews and reports
Promoting a safe, supportive, and consistent environment
