Community Support Worker

We’re looking for caring, motivated, and reliable individuals to join our Supported Living team as Community Support Workers, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and additional needs.

About the Role

As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering the people we support to live meaningful, independent lives within their own homes and communities.

No two days are the same—but your role may include:

1. Supporting individuals with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, budgeting)
2. Encouraging independence and choice in all aspects of life
3. Supporting with personal care (where required, with dignity and respect)
4. Assisting with medication administration
5. Helping individuals access the community, activities, and social opportunities
6. Promoting positive behaviour support and emotional wellbeing
7. Working as part of a supportive and dedicated team
